Ok after reading this board several times over itb appears the two things that probably stick out the loudest are the fact that the RFP is not being adhered to because Railstar does not have steam equipment & the fact that if CHS provides the equipment then the citizens of Colorado are going to be out millions of dollars spent possibly out of the education funds for the procurment of equipment. I am in the process of drawing up a letter & making a little format to follow when doing some phone calls,where do I directthe letters & phone calls to get the biggest bang for the buck so to speak.....Wooly PS If you wish you can contact me back channel
