Great to see a Rio Grande diesel get some love. I was one of the people who emailed the CRRM back when SD40-T2's were still running and suggested that the acquire one. Nice to see they did. If one wanted to expand preserved Rio Grande diesels, I'd suggest the following: GP7 or 9, SD7 or 9, GP40, and some form of switcher (EMD, Alco, etc.). Of course finding any of these locomotives extant (besides GP40s) might be a problem...
