Earl is 100% correct. The RR bridge was about 150 Yards upstream ( East ) of the two road bridges that are now still standing ( the old bridge is Just along side to the East of the New bridge ). The bridge that is to be re-firbished is about a mile up-stram ( to the East ) of the current road bridges. It was always a road bridge and is light weight construction with a wooden deck that has deteriorated over time, and is now unsafe even for pedistration usage. It's been closed off for car travel for a number of years, but was open to foot crossings.
