I called the RR this morning and spoke to Crystal who confirmed that the standard change/cancellation charges will apply if you need to change your trip date. This 15% Holiday22 ticket special is one that planned 2023 riders should jump at; the change/cancellation fees are less than your trip cost if you definitely plan to ride but exact dates are uncertain.
