Wouldn't this actually be 2nd 1 off the Tonopah? As I recall, they were pretty good sized for a ng mogul. The full tender and building in background suggests a terminal. The turtleback RPO (note no end door per common practice) also dates it sometime between 1915(?) and 1's retirement or replacement as a regular passenger engine.
