Re: RPO 119?

Hello!

Thank you for the continued interest! RPO 119 has been put on the back burner as of late. I got a new job as the Assistant General Foreman at the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, AZ. I’m still doing work on the car here and there as time permits, mostly putting name on the roof ribs from the “sponsor a roof rib” campaign and starting build on the clerestory windows and window frames. Historic research takes up a good portion of the time as well.

The baggage doors and main personnel door are at a friend’s house in Durango awaiting restoration there, and a few funding snags have kept me from continuing to progress as much as I would like. I’m planning to dedicate a large portion of 2023 to work on 119 now that I have settled in in Arizona. Luckily, the car is only 5 hours from me, so many weekend trips are in order! I will post a longer update here on the forum, Facebook, and YouTube as soon as s there’s enough content to make applicable.
