Thanks for posting the photos of the last Kiwanis Kolor Karavan. I couldn't swing the 3-day trip, but did manage to ride the Mormon Alamosa-Cumbres-Alamosa excursion behind 487 the weekend before (September 24, 1966). The passengers were mostly regular people, not railfans, and when the Rio Grande staged some runbys, many passengers were not sure what to make of it, and stayed in the coaches. So there were some pretty small runby crowds, as here about a mile west of Toltec Tunnel.
