Q&A

After seeing the message above about the Modified RFP. It is safe to say nothing new has happened. Except that the Q&A section claims that they are working on #9 and have added the Silver Plume C&S Caboose to the total cars available.
Interesting that in all the years the CHS has owned the Loop property, Silver Plume did not want to donate the caboose to the CHS collection? Now they want to contribute to the Museum. It would be a great move to get the caboose back on live rails. Also it is safer in the Silver Plume yards than by itself in Silver Plume.
