Handsome portrait of 472, thanks for posting. Are there other photos of this train/this day?

472 often pulled the Shavano, but if this lovely lashup had a train, I expect it was a freight consist: 498 was not among the K-37s with the fittings for the passenger steam lines (plus by 1940, after the curtailment of the Express business, the Shavanos were minimal 4-car trainsets that a big Mike could handle on its own).

Was 472 a helper on this day, or just parked in the yard?
