No. Because that may confuse the Brakemen and Conductor on the train, who could misinterpret it as a call for brakes, etc. Remember, the WW&F uses only hand brakes (currently) and whistle signals (no radios.)
Locomotive 9 is outfitted with an original cab signal bell. We typically do not use it for intra-train communication, but this time it came in handy.
