I think we all agree that we love this railroad and want the best for it to succeed. Getting sloppy with communication and marketing is not how that will be accomplished. I sometimes disagree with people on this board, and a lot of people disagree with me -- I take no offense to that and enjoy conversing with all of you. In that same spirit, we can love the railroad, the people operating it, and still point out pretty big flaws in how they are operating, when warranted. Yes, it's armchair quarterbacking, and yes, our comments might not yield fruit, but I think it's still more productive than complaining about letter spacing or the extra white that was used on the trim of a locomotive.
