Parking

Parallel parking available on the East side of Terrace and some also available on the west side of Terrace. Also parking available on the side streets. I have noticed a increase in traffic since so many people are parking on 5th street now. Most of the train riders are parking in the train parking lot. With the new steps from the depot to Terrace Ave we are getting more customers coming up from the yard. With the 17 foot clock as an attraction that traffic should increase also.
I would guess the businesses that will get the most out of the new project are 1/2 block each side of 5th street and Terrace. In the tourist retail business it is called THE GOLDEN BLOCK. Every tourist town I have been in has a GOLDEN BLOCK. It is the businesses that will get the most traffic.
