John,

Find a 3 foot gauge loco of similar power that has been fully restored and the money to ship everything both ways, then call the Genesee County Parks Commission and see if they could be interested.

And once you have done all that, ask yourself why? The C&TS already has a K-27 and the D&S is looking for more powerful locomotives. What's the point?

At least in Michigan the engine proudly carries flying Rio Grande lettering on the tender instead of some tourist railroad name.
