Last I heard, all engines are still steaming. Typically they have one rotated out up on blocks for the usual bearing and wheel work, but as far as I know all are active at one time or another. #4 and #9 are "African" style, #5 (from Six Flags St. Louis) and #601 (from Kings Dominion) are American style. All are 25 ton 4-4-0 and are fired on propane, but have full sized 6 chime Nathan whistles and full Westinghouse trainline and independent brakes. They have three sets of coaches. I believe they run all three trains on heavy days. Track is normally a 2.5 mile loop with three stations and two train length tunnels. At one time there were two standard/narrow gage diamonds where the Crowns crossed the brewery spur. The brewery and diamonds are now gone.
