The Amazing Friends

As I browse through the pix of this year's work sessions on the C&TS, once again I am amazed at what can be accomplished. You can watch old cars disappear and then reappear, like an old movie speeded up. Of course it's not magic, and it's not just dedication and hard work (of which there is plenty). It takes planning, organization, skill and leadership. When it comes to historic preservation and hands-on projects, the Friends is a incredible organization. We're trying to develop a similar program at the Nevada Northern musuem, and boy do we have a looooooooong way to go. But watching the pix in Chama sure provide inspiration.
