On the subject of Romanian NG the Welshpool & Llanfair Railway in Wales have recently added a Romanian 0-8-0T to their roster so I don't have far to go to see one - about 140 miles in fact! I don't believe that they are going to restore it in the short term.
This addition joins locomotives from the Carribean, Sierra Leone, Finland and Austria and the the original locomotives before anyone reminds me.
