I did quite a few of these - all pretty much done by hand using a stencil as a pounce/chalk pattern.
Day One. Mask off and shoot the red "dot" the center. Let this dry overnight.
Day Two. Mask off red and and outer border, shoot the blue outter band. Let that dry overnight.
Day Three. Remove all masking, put the stencil up, chalk/pounce in the lettering, get the white paint out and lettering brushes out and start the artwork. Probably a day of each side.
Four days total. All the while the assorted bosses are saying "Whenya gonna be done? We wanna fire this thing up tomorrow!"
