Ted is probably referring to the Fall issue of the C&TS Dispatch which covers Part 1 of the Car Inspector's House restoration.

The Winter issue which includes Part 2 of the CIH story, is in the last phases of production (proofreading and corrections) and will be going to the printer shortly. Once I've received my copy and I know it's on it's way to the Friends' membership, I'll post the issue here as well.
