No, the depot is elevated on a platform and the shop is on the only knoll in the entire area. All the locos and passenger cars (and a leased Baldwin diesel and some other freight cars we use) had all been moved to the approach tracks at the 'barn' door and didn't even get their wheel flanges wet that I'm aware of.
Now, the ramps and fascia for the depot supports did get very wet. One wood crossing washed away and the main ramp was lifted up and dropped out of position by the flood waters. That needs to be re-aligned back on its supports.
There are several cursory passenger and freight cars along the I5 embankment that either don't get used or are 'long term restoration projects' that got quite wet, but the waters, I don't think, got above the trucks for any of those.
