Not to forget "The South Park Line", also by Mallory Hope Ferrell(2003), CRA's #10, "Narrow Gauge to Central and Silver Plume"(1972), CRA #12, "The South Park Line: A Concise History"(1974), and the 3 volumes of "The Mineral Belt" by Digerness (1977-79)[1].
Determining which can be obtained is left as an exercise to the reader (and his/her wallet) but I think the 2 CRAs are still in print, at least.
And of course all the others I couldn't afford to buy...

[1] Vol 1, South Park to Leadville, Vol 2 South Park to Gunnison, I don't have Vol 3 but my (often rusty) memory says it does exist and covers the Clear Creek lines
