Both the WW&F Railway Museum and the Western Narrow Gauge Preservation Society have built new flat cars to put tanks on or over. The West Side Lumber iron tank that went on top of the new flat needed a lot of metal repairs. Today it is a fire fighting car on the Sumpter Valley Railroad as you know. The W W & F still has a tank to build a flat car for. There were only two tank cars on the Bridgton & Saco River Railroad.
