"Roosso Loco" en Español translates to "Rüssell der Verückter" auf Deutsch, and his full name is Rüssell Bushnell Sperry-Hill von Roemer Starkenburg (BTW, that's an œ – NOT an ö – in "Roemer"). The photo appears to show his great-great-great-grandfather Johann Jacob von Roemer Starkenburg riding the shell, and that is probably Olaf Rasmussen's great-great-great-uncle Gustav leaning on the powder-keg behind.
