When I asked TPTB a couple of weeks ago no decision had been make by either the C&TS or the DRHS, and with nearly seven months to go 'til Opening Day '22 there is still plenty of time for the usual "calm discussion" here on the NGDF (not that it matters) and also time for minds to change back & forth at least once or twice. IMHO, a 'Matched Pair' of late-teens locos looked great recently,* and I for one would like to see them working together several more times.
