I just read an article that in New Jersey it is now illegal to photograph trains. People are now in a dither back there since the Madrid incident.
A couple of lawyers commented to the fact that these laws would be impossible to prosecute, and any convictions would be thrown out.
Sigh.......what's the world coming to????
