Georgetown Loop Editorials

I think sending letters to the editors are a great idea, but remember to include suggestions of how they can help. Contacting the CHS about how they feel, supporting the railroad still in use, contacting their State representatives . . . Yes it makes 'us' feel good when we let others know we are mad, but getting others to rally on our side is better (there is strength in numbers.)
We all remember as a kid -
Swimming holes - now closed due to fear of lawsuits.
Drive-In theatres - now closed in part due to VCRs.
Pay Phones - now mostly gone due to cell phones.
Will a historical railroad link be our next memory?
