Thanks for this info, Steve:
What are these coaches using for trucks? They sat for years at the Colorado RR museum in Golden. Their trucks were kept by the D&RGW for use under open gons and the new steel coaches which replaced these old veterans.
Combine #212 had a conductors desk, too. The conductor always had an assigned location to work from, I believe.
