The issue becomes a problem when the smaller locomotive has a wooden tender frame. Because 463 has a steel tender frame, we figured we could use it as the second engine of a double header up to a certain point (which I don't remember) after that, it went on the point.

I recall several trips up the hill running 463, staring at that monster big box of a tender the 497 has.
