That, and also; Note the vertical rivet line (side sheet joint) on the water car about 2/3 of the way back. The deck behind the coal bunker on 319 looks slightly longer than that of the water car. And, if you look at the first post in this topic, the water column looks too tall to accommodate that huge air tank on the 319 tender. I have seen this pic before, and actually own a copy of it.
Again, this all could have been changed, but that would require enough work to rebuild a tender that I just don't see happening when there were so many others available from scrapping....
