It is a TEXACO tank car. Used on the D&RGW to ship gasoline from the refinery in Farmington. I have an On3 model of one.
Sloan's D&RGW narrow gauge freight car book has the history and photos.
There is at least one photo in the Friends Dorman collection. Search for TEXACO.
