All of my photos of Eureka came from the 2010 and 2011 Railfest events in Durango.

The Eureka Album

Yeah, I'm one of the lucky ones who got the rainbow shot, back on 19 August of 2011, as we were setting up for night photos. As they say, f/8 and be there!

I'm hoping to make significant additions to that album at the Victorian Iron Horse event, although I'm skeptical that Phantom Curve will be among the stops, given the number of patrons on the excursions. Both that and Rock Tunnel are pretty tight spots. Actually, I'm most interested in getting shots of Eureka running in a desert environment, because that's probably closer to what she looked like running on the E&P back in the day.
