Looking west - Most of the exterior backfill work has been done. The next step is to fill the stall 2 & 3 foundation with stone dust which requires spraying water on the mix as it's added. The tank car was filled last week for this part of the job. It is seen next to Sheepscot tank and will be brought down to the turntable track on Monday. Photos by S. Rhine.
