Since the whole world does not know what is going to happen with COVID, do not think it is realistic to expect the D&S and C&TS to know what is going to happen this summer. Both railroads are working as hard as they can to make things happen, but they have to be flexible as a lot of it is determined by the feds, the two states, county and local governments. We all just have to be patient.
