Yep, that's ET&WNC 10 and 14 in those shots.
I'd never seen the one photo of the front end of ET&WNC 10 showing the partially melted number plate. I'd always wondered if those plates survived for 10 and 14, but now I will give up the dream of running into one someday. I assume the builder plates melted off as well as they were gone on each in the scrap line at the NP yard in Auburn, WA (not Seattle as some books have incorrectly said).
