Rio Grande – August 28, 1968 to be exact – yet he's moving along on rain-slicked roofwalks and jumping from car to rocking car as he works his way forward to the relative comfort of #484's doghouse

'Narrow Gauge Freight Trains' DVD. IIRC, the DVD is still available from the C&TS and from The Friends.
Just over seven years later, about a mile to the (RR) east and on a much nicer day, Bob Keller of Scenic Railways was still keeping the tradition alive
