That kind of lifts are very neat. They can be moved around the shop to clear space or to lift whatever is there. Each jack has individual controls to get it set up and ready to lift. Then one master control can be engaged to coordinate the lift. These are made in several different sizes and capacities.

Orange Empire/Southern California has a set of four that was ordered and then not used in a school bus maintenance center in the Southern California area. Supposedly acquired at a discounted price. Sure makes lifting a streetcar, etc. much easier than coordinating manual jacking and cribbing.
