Well Greg copyright is, like patents and trademarks, just a license to sue! Ya gotta enforce it yourself, on your own dime.

I agree about the morality but that's got nothing to do with the law!

PS If I were ever to open a store or something, I couldn't use my own name for it as my (very) distant cousin's operation, now out of the family, would sue my pants off!.
