Fascinating, this this isn't about local traffic at all. This is RGP working a deal with UP to take the oil from Helper (where RGP drops it off) to Sage, then allowing RGP to carry the oil over Tennessee Pass to Parkdale, where UP will then take the traffic to its destination. That makes more sense to me than trying to generate any local traffic along the Tennessee Pass line. Bonus for us all if this includes any passenger or railfan trips.
