Hi Mike, I hope this helps
It crushes up the pavement. They load in trucks and are putting it on some of the dirt roads here in town. Once its dumped they roll it and it makes the next best thing to a paved road. I am told it is much better than gravel on a dirt road. ( Recycling Asphalt )
