Nothing at all. But it helps when you aren't the one that has to pay for the dream.
Me personally, I love the outside counterweights. Since a K-36 has a full set, no need for a K-37 on my part. I think a critical issue with the K-37's is to insure against further deterioration so at some point each could be brought into service. Just sitting outside isn't what I think should be happening. But then I'm dreaming now and don't have to pay for it.
