Thought that might have been it, been a long time since I was there. when i lived in Gunnison I used to go up Ohio Creek Road several times a month abut 7 or 8 months a year.
Worth a mention for South Park fans, st least any who might not know already, large sections of this road farther up are built on the never finished Ohio Pass line of the DSP&P. After the Beaver Ponds parking lot(also on the grade) is where it starts. Before that the grade is off to the West of the raod afte Baldwin and can be intersected on at least one hiking trail. (it's been a long time)

ps Beaver Ponds are/(were?) worth the hike. To see the uncompleted "2nd Palisades" up close & personal also requires a bit of a hike from the road.
