Now if only we could get you to refer to the n.g. line as Veta Pass, like the D&RG did. 
Remember, what it is called today, or by the USGS, or any Roadmap maker for that matter, didn't get published by the Denver & Rio Grande, in publications of the period before the s.g. line was built. And that is what matters.
