There are a lot of locomotives that don't have home track to run on. Did you say the same thing to Mr. Markhoff about the Eureka? Or when the DRHS was restoring the 315? Or to the group that restored Southern Pacific 18?

The original plan was similar to the 315's. It was supposed to remain in Ogden at the Utah State Railroad Museum for display and maintenance, but travel to other railroads for events. Why is that so hard to comprehend considering the wealth of precedent for that arrangement?
