Thank you everyone for your insite, I stated to her, the mid, 1940's, so I was pretty close. Interesting thing was that the lady who asked my niece to get a timeline, her mothers father was also an engineer for the Utah Railway and this is a picture of him standing by the mallet he operated, photo was taken in Provo. Date also unknown.
