Thanks Dave! A good friend of mine lives in Kissimmee and had wondered what the tracks and cross bucks were for. In fact I had sent him some photos and he immediately sent me a Google Maps street view of the third location (where you saw) and had been wondering what in the heck it was that used to be there. He's not a railfan by any means, the only train stuff he's seen was when he was able to tag along on a family vacation to TVRM in 1996 when we were both in 8th grade.
