THe engines arrive in the early 1990s. THe best of them long ago became EBT M-7. The rest (those sold to D&S) were never placed on the EBT roster. I do not know whether legal title to them was with EBT or with the Kovalchick Salvage, but I strongly suspect the latter.
For all practical purposes they were never EBT locomotives; they were Kovalchick Salvage propoerty that was stored at EBT for a long while.
