I have the three bound volumes of L&RP that include the issues from April-May, 1986 through July-August, 1992, and none of them have indices.  I also have the remaining, sporadically-published final few issues in a box somewhere in the back closet, but as none of the bound issues have an index I doubt any of these do either.   I do vaguely recall that some good soul did publish an index once upon a time, but so long ago that I can't remember.  Have you tried a search for 'L&RP' here on The Forum?
