Assuming you meant the 2nd circle with the RGS option and the cessation of operation/physical trackage removal, the RGS(12/51, 8/52-3/53) was the 3rd break, coming after Sapinero - Cedar Creek(5/49, 7/49) and Mears Jct - Hooper (2/51, 3/51)[Hooper - Alamosa converted to standard gauge same time].
Just to be a completest:
4th: Cedar Creek - Montrose, 11/52
5th: Montrose - Ridgway to std ga, 3/53
6th: Poncha Jct - Sapinero, 12/53, 5/55-9/55
7th: Salida - Poncha Jct., 7/56 to std gauge.
8th: Chama - Durango, 12/68, ?/70
