It was 10 years ago this week that I was up in Skagway for the 2011 Rotary Run. I've been to a lot of steam railroads, but that trip remains the most memorable of all of my travels. The people were tremendous, the scenery was gorgeous, and the equipment performed flawlessly. John, were you the Engineer on the 69 that week?

I had been holding out hope that the railroad might do it again, because I would have been there in a heartbeat.....but I think times have changed. I'm just glad I went when I did.
