Everybody mostly thinks of the bands on an old water tank....But there is a bunch of other hardware on a tank, The spout is the most obvious, but the rest of the downspout mounting hardware, and the valve body, and the weights, and pullies, Some tanks had "Truss Rods" type of reinforcing in the uprights and lots of big bolts and nuts to hold the base all together...

Any Idea of who owns it now?
