Incredible!
I worked up there the first full operating season, 1976. There were times that we didn't even make a run because of no customers.
Now that it's profitable and popular, the CHS wants to pull the rug out. This is not surprising, just STUPID on the CHS's part.
Now the question that begs to be asked....
Since Lindsey Ashby supplied all of the ties that the State used in building the Loop, does he take them with him?
It's a sad state of affairs when the world has become so paranoid that lawyers and insurance companies can dictate to legitimate business what it is allowed to do. Adam Smith would roll over in his grave.
